Simple Green is a line of cleaning products manufactured by Sunshine Makers Inc. Almost every product in its "Naturals" line is certified as environmentally friendly by the Green Seal organization. The Green Seal certified products in the line consist of a multi-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass and surface cleaner, floor cleaner and a dilutable concentrated cleaner. The Simple Green Naturals dish-washing liquid, hand soap and carpet cleaner are not marked for approval by the Green Seal Organization. All products in the Simple Green Naturals family of products are marked by the manufacturer as derived from 100 percent naturally derived ingredients, non-toxic and biodegradable. As a bonus, none of the products in the Simple Green Naturals line is tested on animals.
Green Shield Organics
Green Shield Organics is a line of home cleaning products manufactured by Greenology Products Inc. All products in the line are USDA certified organic. The line includes an all-purpose cleaner and de-greaser, a kitchen cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, liquid laundry detergents and surface wipes. All products in the Green Shield Organics line are non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and non-volatile. None of the non-toxic green cleaning products produced by Greenology are tested on animals in accordance with the company's slogan of "Safe for People, Pets and Our Planet." The manufacturer's website states that each of the products has been independently tested for quality and efficacy. The detergents are formulated for high-energy and standard machines and are listed as safe for septic systems.
MiEssence MiEnviron
MiEnviron Biodegradable Dishwashing Concentrate is a formula made by MiEssence products. This certified organic dishwashing liquid is manufactured from natural substances and uses sugar as an abrasive cleanser to clean dishes. The manufacturer's website states that the dishwashing liquid is biodegradable with a low ecotoxicity and low ecological footprint. The company further states that the ingredients are mild and classified as non-irritants. In addition to holding a USDA certified organic label, MiEssence MiEnviron Biodegradable Dishwashing Concentrate bears the "Good Environmental Choice" label from the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation. The manufacturer's website states the product is low-foaming and is O.K. for use with septic systems.
