If you are in the market for an elliptical machine for your home, Sole Fitness might have what you want. The company offers four models of elliptical machines. The Sole E55 is the second most equipped model available.
Function
The E55 functions as many elliptical machines do. It allows you to pedal forward and backward in addition to pushing and pulling with your arms, to get an aerobic workout. You have the option of setting the machine on an incline from 15 to 40 degrees, as well.
Features
The E55 features large foot pedals that are uniquely adjustable, and are not found on other models of elliptical machines. You can monitor your heart rate through the hand pulse sensors, or the included heart rate monitor strap. Plug in your MP3 player, turn on the built-in fan and set the resistance from 1 to 20 and you are ready to go. Monitor your workout statistics such as heart rate, calories and distance through the large display.
Cost
The fully equipped elliptical is available from Sole Fitness and other retailers for $1,500, as of August 2010. You won't have to worry about a shipping cost, either.
