When you are trying to lose weight, you need to create a caloric deficit. This means you are burning more calories than you are taking in. In order to do this, you are going to need a low calorie food list. This will help you make better choices when you prepare meals and when you dine out.
Greens
There are many different types of greens that are used for salads, sautes and side dishes. All of which are high in fiber, vitamins and minerals, and low in calories.
