Application
When using Dandruff Relief for the first time, use a quarter-sized amount of shampoo and massage into wet hair and scalp. Leave shampoo on for two to three minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use shampoo every other day and once dandruff is under control use one to two times per week to maintain dandruff control.
