How to Lose Weight Extremely Fast and for Free

Losing weight does not mean you have to lose money too. It also does not mean that it will take an eternity to get to your goal weight. No need to buy an expensive gym membership or diet pills; save your money for the new clothes you will need when you hit your goal weight. Shedding pounds can be fast and cost you nothing when you prioritize your fitness and get creative.

Move More, Eat Less

Step 1

Train aerobically to shed pounds. If you don't have a gym membership, hit the pavement for a run. Interval train in order to burn more calories fast. Try jogging for two minutes followed by a sprint for 30 seconds. Repeat this interval for 30 minutes for a calorie burning workout. According to the American Council of Exercise, interval training works for weight loss because it uses both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

Step 2

Sculpt your body slim using your own body weight. Create a circuit in order to get your heart rate up and build muscle. Go from one exercise to the next without rest, completing squats, jumping jacks, push-ups and a plank hold. Repeat this circuit three times.

Step 3

Clean up your diet. Choose foods that fuel the body and that will keep you full. Lean meats, whole grains, fruits and vegetables are nutritious food choices to help promote weight loss.

Step 4

Control your portion sizes. When eating less desirable foods, manage your portion control so you don't overeat and consume too many calories. According to the Mayo Clinic, foods that are accessible to us are often higher calories with unhealthy fats and hidden sugars.

Step 5

Set a goal. Losing weight and goal-setting go hand-in-hand. A healthy weight loss is two pounds per week. Setting a weekly goal will help to keep you on track and stay motivated to reach the weekly goal.
