The Aero Pilates XP range of reformers includes the XP 55-557 models and the XP 4695. All are sturdy machines, suitable for use at home, in a gym, or a Pilates studio.
The XP Range
The XP 55-557 range all come with a cardio workout board, full color workout chart and exercise DVDs. The machines are raised 15 inches off the ground making them ideal for some of the more advanced exercises. The rails are about 5 inches longer than many other brands, and the foot-bar has three positions, so it is suited for taller people.
Features
Other features include a study steel and wooden frame, four resistance springs, adjustable ropes and straps, an adjustable headrest and shoulder pads. It also has wheels, so it can move around when you need it to.
Home Reformer
The Performer XP 4695 is a lighter and less bulky machine, ideal for home use. It measures 82 inches by 33 inches, and also comes with a cardio workout board, workout chart and instruction DVD. It has four resistance springs and a slightly wider foot-bar than other machines, for more stable foot positioning.
