There are a lot of creams and pills sold on the market that claim to increase breast size. The truth is that none of these products work. There is no magic way to make the breasts grow. But there are tricks that you can use to enhance the look of your breasts to give the illusion of a more voluptuous bosom area.
Step 1
Do chest exercise to build the pectoral muscles. Chest exercises do not actually add breast tissue or increase breast size, but building the pectoral muscles firms the breasts and makes breasts appear larger. Push-ups are a good pectoral building exercise.
Step 2
Slim your tummy to enhance the appearance of your breasts. A chubby belly focuses the attention away from the breasts. A flat tummy makes the breasts look bigger. Use a hula hoop to melt away fat and work out the abs. Do sit-ups to define abdominal muscles.
Step 3
Wear a padded push-up underwire bra to enhance cleavage. You can also try bras with silicone or water inserts to increase breast size. The silicone and water inserts create the appearance of natural full breasts. Purchase padded push-up swimsuits for those days at the beach or swimming pool.
Step 4
Walk with good posture to pull your breasts up and make them look fuller. Good posture means walking with your back straight, your head straight and your shoulders held back and relaxed. Classically trained dancers must display excellent posture to practice their art of dance. Take a ballet or ballroom dance class to strengthen your back muscles, which are needed for good posture and to learn the body position for good posture.
Step 5
Dress to enhance your breasts. Wear light colors on the top and dark on the bottom to create the illusion that your top half is larger than your bottom half. Choose V-necked tops to point to your bosom area. Wear fitted tops instead of loose tops.
Step 6
Enhance cleavage with makeup. With a little bit of brown bronzer and a light-colored face powder you can create the illusion of cleavage. First, put on a push-up bra. Choose a brown bronzer that is slightly darker than your skin tone. Using a face powder brush, apply the bronzer along the middle area between your breasts and work the brush up along the curve of each breast to outline the tops of the breasts. Use the brush to blend the bronzer into the skin for a natural look. Use the face powder brush to apply the light face powder to the entire top area of the breasts.
