There are a variety of cooking-school opportunities in Colorado. Some are complete culinary programs that train you for professions in the restaurant industry, and others are individualized classes that offer lessons to home chefs. The accelerated program takes five months and ends with a trip to one of the focus countries. Recreational classes on wine and cooking are also offered on a regular schedule and are recommend for enthusiastic home gourmets.
