Despite the name, AeroPilates home gyms by Stamina are not Pilates machines. They are exercise machines that offer both strength and cardio activities. Your bodyweight acts as the main resistance for both upper and lower body exercises. Handles are attached to elastic cords that provide an extra four levels of resistance. A trampoline-style rebound mat at the bottom of the unit is used to perform various cardio movements in a supine, or lying, position. The AeroPilates machines can be collapsed and moved for easy storage.
Step 1
Attach one of the tension cords to a slot on the front frame. This will prevent the cushion assembly from moving when you remove the unit from its stand.
Step 2
Grasp the front and rear frame simultaneously. Lift the AeroPilates off its stand and set it on the floor.
Step 3
Raise the rear end of the AeroPilates. This will position the unit up onto its wheels which are located on the front part of the frame. Roll the unit to the desired storage location.
Step 4
Pick up the stand and move it separately.
