This workout DVD involves the use of light weights and can be used with a step, though that accessory is optional.

'10 Minute Solution: KnockOut Body!'

According to "Real Simple" magazine, "10 Minute Solution: KnockOut Body!" is a top workout DVD that offers a diverse set of exercises. This DVD involves cardio work as well as weighted conditioning for your upper body. "Real Simple" explains that the "10 Minute Solution: KnockOut Body!" package includes weighted gloves for kickboxing routines and also takes you through cross-training and abdominal workouts.
