NASCAR Camping in Michigan

The Michigan International Speedway, located in Brooklyn, Michigan, has hosted NASCAR events since 1969 when Cale Yarborough won the inaugural stock event held on the 2-mile venue. The track hosts two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, one Nationwide Series race, and one Camping World Truck Series race. It provides 10 different campgrounds for the countless fans that enjoy the camping ambiance while attending a NASCAR event.

Frontstretch Campgrounds

Michigan International Speedway has three campgrounds that sit adjacent to the track's frontstretch. The Northwoods and Northfield campgrounds are located in across from the frontstretch heading toward the track's first turn. Northwoods is designed for tents only. It provides shower access, portable restrooms, water access, and dump station. Northfield offers the same services, however, it welcomes pop-up campers along with tents. The Brooklyn Trails camping lot is located across the frontstretch toward the fourth turn of the track. It welcomes tents, campers, motorcoaches and recreational vehicles, and provides the same services as the Northwoods and Northfield campgrounds. Brooklyn Trails also has a service station. Infield Camping

There are two infield campgrounds located inside the Michigan International Speedway track. Pit Road RV is located on the turns one and two region of the track. It provides 50-amp utility hook-ups, water access, portable restrooms, and dump station. The Infield camping lot is located on the turns three and four side of the facility. Services include water access, shower area, restrooms and dump station. There is a Buddy's Convenience Store on-site as well. Turn Two Retreat

Turn Two Retreat is the campground located near the track second turn. This site allows RV's and motorcoaches only, no campers, buses or tents. It provides 50-amp utility hookups, water hookups, a dump station and portable restrooms. The Michigan International Speedway official website has price listing for this camping site.

Turns Three and Four Camping

Brookfield Acres Campground sits adjacent to turn four of the facility. The Tree Farm Campgrounds is located adjacent to the track's third turn. M50 Creekside Campground sits behind turn three towards the backstretch. All these campgrounds provide shower and bath areas, portable restrooms, fresh water hookups, and a dump station. RVs, motorcoaches, tents, and all campers may to enter the campgrounds. Pricing is listed on the track's official website.

Graves Farm Campground

The Graves Farm camping area is located adjacent to the second turn of the track on U.S. Highway 12. It provides shower and bath areas, restrooms, fresh water, dump station, playground, and tram service to and from the racetrack. Pets are allowed on-site as well.
