Adults Only

For adults with a busy schedule, Refine Fitness Studio can help you stay physically fit. You can join a group training session, such as Yoga, Pilates and step. Or opt for a one-on-one program with a personal trainer. The studio is equipped with free weight, treadmills and step machines.

Chain Fitness Club

Good Life Fitness Club is the biggest chain fitness club in Canada. Some locations cater to women only, and others are coed. If you need to bring your child, Good Life Fitness Club offers child-care services. You have access to swimming pools, hot tubs, tanning beds and saunas. Group exercise include the well-known "Les Mills" fitness program, including Zumba, body flow and body attack.
