According to a Fox News article about "sexercise," sexual enhancement exercises can give both partners higher levels of intimate satisfaction. Male enhancement exercises condition the pubococcygeal muscles at the base of your penis, and may help you control premature ejaculation and boost your sexual stamina. There are also some specific male enhancement exercises that may increase the size of your penis.

Flutter

The flutter enhances your pubococcygeal muscular endurance and control of your pubococcygeal muscles. The pubococcygeal muscles are the same muscles you use to stop the stream while urinating. Flex and relax your pubococcygeal muscles rapidly for as long as you can three to four times every day. You may not be able to flutter for more than a few seconds at first, but try to flutter for up to one minute. Perform one-minute flutter sessions three to four times a day after you can do this exercise for full a minute. The flutter can help suppress premature ejaculation because you can stop ejaculation by flexing your pubococcygeal muscles.

Flex and Hold

Strong pubococcygeal muscles can enhance your orgasms and shoot your semen further. Flex and hold your pubococcygeal muscles as tight as you can for 10 seconds, or as long as possible if you can't hold the contraction for that long. Relax for one minute then flex and hold as tight as possible again. Repeat the "flex and hold" at least three times a day. Try to hold your pubococcygeal muscles as tight as possible for a full minute.

Jelqing

According to the Male Enhancement website, the jelqing, or milking, technique is natural and effective for extending the size of your penis. Arouse yourself until your penis is 70 to 80 percent erect. Apply a generous amount of lubricant to the shaft. Form a ring around the base of your penis with your fingers by putting your thumb and index or middle finger together like the "ok" symbol. Apply pressure at the base of your penis for a few seconds, and then tug the shaft as you stroke down toward the tip. You should reach the head after three to four seconds. Stop at the head. While holding your shaft just below the head, grip the base using the "ok" grip with your other hand. Release the top hand and do another tug stroke up to the head. Male Enhancement recommends 100 jelq strokes for beginners and up to 500 after 30 days of practice.

Ballooning

Ballooning can give you more control over ejaculation and may increase the size of your penis. Masturbate until you reach the point of ejaculation, and then squeeze the top of your penis with your palm during orgasm to stop ejaculation. The Ayurvediccure Library recommends doing this up to five times per day. According to the Ayurvediccure and Male Enhancement websites, controlling your ejaculation with this method can make your penis larger because it increases the sponginess of tissue inside your penis and provides more material that can fill with blood during erection.
