Smart for Life is a low-calorie meal replacement diet. Dieters eat six Smart for Life meal replacements instead of breakfast, lunch and snacks, then eat a low-fat protein and vegetables for dinner, according to the Smart for Life Fact Sheet. The program started with cookies, but now offers several meal replacement options.

Cookies

Smart for Life offers three cookie flavors, including chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and blueberry. The cookies are preservative free and contain 60 percent organic ingredients, according to the Smart for Life website. The cookies also contain an ingredient called Herofiber. One gram of Herofiber is equivalent to 9g of regular fiber, according to the Fact Sheet. Each cookie contains approximately 100 to 105 calories, 2.5g of total fat, 9 to 15g of carbohydrate.1.5 to 2g of dietary fiber and 5g of protein.

Cupcakes

Smart for Life also offers high protein cupcakes. Each cupcake is the equivalent to a cookie meal, according to the website. The cupcakes come in two flavors, chocolate mountain and carrot sunshine. The cupcakes do not contain trans fats or genetically modified ingredients.

Shakes

The Smart for Life shakes come in powdered form or ready-to-go. Shakes are available in five flavors, including chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, eggnog and pina colada. Each shake contains approximately 150 calories, 2g of total fat, 15g of carbohydrate, 1g of dietary fiber and 11g of protein. Each shake replaces two cookies, according to the website.

Soups

Smart for Life soups come in pouches or cups. Soup pouches include tomato, beef and chicken soup. They each contain approximately 80 calories, 1g of total fat, 13g of carbohydrate, 2g of fiber and 4g of protein. The cups of soup include chicken noodle, veggie noodle and vine-ripe tomato soup.

Muffins and Crunch

The muffins come in orange-cranberry flavor. Each muffin contains 70 calories, 1g of total fat, 10g of total carbohydrate, 2g of fiber and 5g of protein. Each packet of crunch contains 90 calories, 2g of total fat, 13g of carbohydrate, 1.5g of dietary fiber and 5g of protein.

Hot Cocoa

A serving of Smart for Life's protein-rich hot cocoa helps to control hunger, according to the website. The drink goes well with the Smart for Life cupcakes.
