Open 24 Hours
24 Hour Fitness Club has more than 20 locations in Colorado, mainly in the Denver metro area. Members of the health club may visit any location in Colorado and throughout the country. The club offers an abundance of weight lifting and cardio equipment. Most locations also have a pool for swimming laps. A variety of classes are available including step classes, cycling and Zumba. Personal training is also offered.
Climbing Wall
Find the largest indoor climbing wall in northern Colorado at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness. The club has three locations in Fort Collins. Private, group and youth climbing lessons are offered at the club. Miramont is also a full fitness club with weight and cardio equipment, personal training, fitness classes and a pool.

Boxing
Several fitness clubs including Joe's Boxing Fitness in Colorado Springs, Colorado, offer boxing and kickboxing classes. Boxing and kickboxing training includes work on the heavy bag, focus mitts, jump ropes and self-defense drills. Programs are available for men, women and youth, along with competition programs.
Parkour
As an alternative to just running, take a freerunning or Parkour class at APEX Movement in Englewood and Boulder, Colorado. Parkour or freerunning teaches the individual to overcome obstacles and includes jumping and climbing over obstacles. Classes are available for beginning through advanced freerunners. The facilities include a gymnastics spring floor, gymnastics equipment, free weights and kettle balls. Open gym times are available if you wish to train outside of class.
