Put ½ pound of raw white meat chicken in a deep dish and pour the tandoori yogurt mix over the chicken.

Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours, then remove the chicken from the marinade and place on a rack in a pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. For the last two minutes, turn the oven on broil and place the pan of chicken in the lower half of the oven so it can slightly brown. Baste the chicken with the yogurt marinade during the first 15 minutes of cooking time. The total calorie content for this Dannon yogurt dish is about 220 calories.
