The Life Fitness X3 Elliptical comes with features such as heart rate hand sensors and WhisperStride technology to help promote a fluid, even range of movement that keeps noise levels down. According to Life Fitness, the machine maximizes caloric burn due to the equal effort needed by both arms and legs. It does have an ErgoGrip handlebar for stability when only working out the lower body. It also has two accessory trays and a built-in reading rack.
