The Process

Protein Power is a plan that helps you lose weight, reduce inches around your waistline and help minimize health problems relating to your weight. The focus of the plan is a high-protein, low-carb diet. After a set amount of time, the user begins incorporating carbohydrates back into their diet, while still eating protein.

The diet plan in Protein Power calls for high amounts of protein, small amounts of carbohydrates and moderate levels of fat. The diet users also eat a set amount of calories everyday, which keeps the individual from eating too much protein, but includes a healthy amount of proteins.
