Avoid using caffeinated products like coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks to see what kind of effect it has on your symptoms. Also avoid alcohol and tobacco products since they can also exacerbate restless legs.

The way you sleep can also have an effect on your restless legs. Go to bed at the same time every night, get up the same time every day and sleep in a cool and comfortable atmosphere.
