The Fusion razor is part of Gillette's family of razor and shave gel products. The Fusion razor features disposable cartridges and helps provide a precise shave with minimal irritation.

Features

Gillette Fusion razor features a lubricated strip at the top of the razor head that helps the razor glide over skin, according to the brand. The razor also uses five blades spaced closely together to help reduce pressure and provide a more comfortable shave. There is also a trimmer built into the back of the blade to help groom sideburns, under nose and around facial hair.

Maintenance

Gillette doesn't offer a specific schedule for changing the cartridge blade, but the brand does recommend changing the blade when the green lubrication strip turns white, or you're no longer experiencing a precise comfortable shave.

Cost

The Gillette Fusion Razor retails for $8.99 as of August, 2010 for a package containing one razor and two disposable blade cartridges. A refill package of six blade cartridges retails for $19.87 as of August, 2010.
