Trampolines provide much physical exercise. Jumping on a trampoline helps strengthen all muscles up to the stomach muscles. It also has bone health benefits, as it helps build bone density and prevent bone fractures. Jumping on trampolines is also good in helping you lose weight, as it helps to speed up your metabolism and helps you burn calories faster, says the Staying Fit website. However, trampolines aren't just physically beneficial, they can be fun too. Trampoline games can help provide physical fitness and fun with each other.

Repeat the Pattern

This memory trampoline game is meant for approximately four or more players. To play, all players sit on the trampoline in a circle. One player will stand and perform a trick. The second player in line will repeat this trick and then add a trick of his own. The third player will perform both of the previous tricks in the order they were given and will then add a trick of her own. The game continues in this pattern with all players. If a player forgets a trick or performs the tricks out of the appropriate sequence that they appeared, he is disqualified. The game will end when only one player is left. This person has won the game.

Jump the Rope

For this game, grab a jump rope or a similar item. One player will be on the ground moving said jump rope over the surface in a haphazard fashion. All other players on the trampoline will jump anywhere they can to avoid being touched by the rope. If a player is touched, she is disqualified. The first person disqualified must then spend the next round being the rope mover while the other players play. The game will continue until there is one player left. This person is the winner.

Breaking Eggs

To start this game, have one player volunteer to be the 'egg.' The egg will sit in the middle of the trampoline, with his legs bent and pressed against his chest. His arms are wrapped around his legs, keeping the legs 'locked.' All other players must stand around him and bounce, attempting to get the egg to 'break his shell.' The shell is broken when the egg lets go of his legs. Instead of proclaiming a winner, rotate players so that each person gets a chance being the egg.

Bouncing Dodge Ball

Unlike conventional dodge ball, trampoline dodge ball does not have separate teams. In addition, no one is throwing any balls at other players. Rather, all players compete to become the sole winner by attempting to avoid the balls that are bouncing on the trampoline. To start, place more than four balls on the trampoline. All players will start bouncing, which will cause all dodge balls to bounce as well. Players will avoid being hit by the balls by moving or bouncing out of the ball's path. As this is very challenging, set a numerical limit on how many times a player can be hit by the balls before she is considered 'out.' For instance, set the limit at ten hits. The player who is hit 11 times is then out. The round continues until there is one person left. This game works best with trampolines that have netting, as it keeps all balls on the trampoline during the game.
