How to Use the Wu-Yi Tea to Lose Weight

Wu-Yi tea is a type of beverage being marketed as a weight loss supplement. The makers of this tea claim that it has been used for hundreds of years in Asian culture to keep excess weight off and maintain health. Wu-Yi tea is purported to suppress your appetite, boost your metabolism and increase energy levels. However, none of these claims have been evaluated by the FDA.

Step 1

Boil 1 to 2 cups of boiling water. The amount of water you use depends on how strong you like the taste of the tea. If you find it distasteful, dilute it with more water.

Step 2

Pour the boiling water over the teabag. Allow it to steep an average of five minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the potency. Remove the teabag and discard it.

Step 3
