Many women want to increase their breast size for cosmetic and aesthetic reasons. Women may prefer larger breasts in order to attract men, increase self-esteem or mirror celebrities' images. However, surgery can be expensive: the average breast augmentation procedure costs $3,800, according to an American Society of Plastic Surgeons 2007 report. Alternatively, a variety of natural ways can also increase breast size, and these often have little or no cost at all.
Palm Pushes
Hold hands open directly in front of the breasts. Place the palms together and press firmly. Hold the position for five seconds. Repeat 10 times. Include the exercise during your commute to work, in the shower or while in front of the computer.
Brava Sports Bra
The Brava Breast Enhancement System, a vacuum-enhanced bra, has been approved by the FDA. This electronic device holds the breasts using two domes, and adds subtle tension to the breasts by stretching and pulling breast tissue. The stimulation causes new tissue to form. According to Brava.com, the sports bra may increase breast size by half to one full cup size. The device must be worn for 10 hours a day, 10 weeks in a row. The average cost is $2,500.
Pushups
Incorporate pushups into your daily routine. Pushups will not increase breast tissue, but will build the underlying pectoral muscles as well. The larger the pectorals become, the larger the breasts will appear. Lie down on the floor and place hands a foot apart. Keep hands flat and your back straight. Begin pushups by lowering your body and then pushing your body up. Place your knees on the floor if the exercise is too difficult to perform on your toes.
Chair Lifts
Sit in a chair that has arm rests. Ensure you back is straight. Relax both arms on the rests. Grip the arm rests and push your body upward. Hold the position for five second and release. Repeat 10 times.
