The emergence of workout videos has made it more convenient to keep up with your fitness routine. If you are looking to save time or money by using an exercise video to reduce belly fat, there are a lot of choices and types of videos from which to select. P90X
P90X is an exercise system relying on the concept of muscle confusion. It utilizes 12 different workouts, each designed to target a different muscle group or different exercise, and a three-phase nutritional plan to lose weight and build toned muscle. P90X features a workout for the abdominals, Ab Ripper X, that focuses on strengthening and challenging the entire core. Ab Ripper X runs just over 20 minutes long and uses dumbbells and cables to increase the intensity of the exercises. Ab Ripper X is part of the overall P90X program, which was designed by personal trainer Tony Horton. It also comes with various predesigned workout schedules you follow based on your fitness goals.
Crunch Fat Burning Pilates
Led by certified Pilates instructor Ellen Barrett, Crunch Fat Burning Pilates is one video in Crunch Fitness's series of exercise videos. Crunch also features Burn & Firm Pilates, Pick Your Spot Pilates and Pilates Yoga Blend, but Fat Burning Pilates features exercises specifically designed to reduce belly fat. Fat Burning Pilates runs just over 40 minutes and has you exercising both while standing and lying on the floor. Barrett combines Pilates-based toning with cardio exercises, which burn more calories and fat during your workout. Fat Burning Pilates essentially targets each muscle group, but has a clear focus on strengthening the abdominals throughout the course of the video.
