The GNC Preventative Nutrition Complete Body Cleansing Program is a seven-day supplement program or two-day liquid program. The manufacturer claims that the natural ingredients will cleanse and detoxify the body for increased digestive health. Seven-Day Program
The seven-day program utilizes pre-packed dietary supplements. Morning packets contain a combination of cleanser and digestive enzymes. A fiber and prebiotic blend is taken additionally with the morning packet for improved bowel movement. Evening packets contain antioxidants and herbs for blood circulation as well as kidney health, liver cleansers and digestive enzymes. Acidophilus, a probiotic, is taken with the evening packet to boost the immune system.
Two-Day Program
This program consists of two 16-fluid ounce bottles of citrus-flavored liquid. The liquid contains herbs, fruits, vegetables and fiber as well as detoxification formula. A user must mix four capfuls of liquid with 4 ounces of water and drink it. This process is performed four times a day over two days.

The cost for either the seven-day or two-day program is $34.99 as of 2010.
