Located on 3,000 acres in Pennsylvania, Pocono Manor is a full-service resort. It provides amenities, such as a spa and two restaurants. The horse stables are located on the grounds of the inn and offer activities throughout the year. Guests can learn to ride, explore local trails or enjoy seasonal activities, such as pumpkin picking. The petting zoo is fun for children and adults alike.

Rides

The stables offer three trail rides, which are led by a guide. Visitors may choose from a waterfall, valley or wooded trail. The trail rides take visitors through the wooded areas of the Manor's 3,000-acre property. One-hour carriage rides around the manor's grounds are available, as are buggy and hay rides.

Lessons

Private lessons are available on a per-hour basis. Lessons focus on riding technique and are tailored to the abilities of the student. The stables offer the Wrangler for the Day program where guests learn to groom and care for horses. During the summer, the stables hold a horseback riding day camp. Campers learn to ride, as well as all aspects of horse grooming. The camp ends with a horse show where campers compete for prizes.
