How to Lose Weight with Bowel Cleanser

Bowel and colon cleansing is a useful tool when it comes to removing built-up waste and toxins from the body. Some researchers estimate that the average adult carries anywhere from 4 to 10 pounds of excess weight in the bowels. This is usually made up of undigested food, toxins and fecal matter. By cleansing your bowels, you can remove toxins and waste from your system, increasing energy and natural weight loss as well as alleviating any digestive issues. Step 1

Mix bentonite, psyllium and water in a 10 oz. glass.

Step 2

Fast for at least 1 hour prior to drinking the shake.

Step 3

Drink immediately. Follow with 8 to 10 oz. of water and wait at least one hour before eating.

Step 4

Drink one glass a day to start graduating to 3 to 5 glasses per day as your body becomes accustomed to the mixture. Follow this process until all the mucoid plaque has been expelled from your bowels, up to six months.

Step 6
