Audio Monitor
The Safety 1st Crystal Clear Monitor has "crystal-clear reception," according to the company's website. The monitor has a range of up to 600 feet, two channels, a receiver equipped with a belt clip for portability, and indicators for power-on and low-battery. As of September 2010, the monitor set retailed for about $15.
Portable Monitor
Safety 1st's Glow & Go Monitor is a portable monitor set with "ultraclear" audio monitoring, according to the company's website. The portable set is ideal for keeping track of babies who travel from room to room during the day, because you don't have to plug and unplug the monitor. The monitor features a digital display of the room temperature, a nightlight, a plug-in power option, and a range of more than 400 square feet. It is available for about $21 as of September 2010.
Audio/Visual Monitor
If you want a view of your baby as well as audio, Safety 1st offers an audio/visual design called the True View Color Video Monitor. The product features 2.4 GHz digital technology to reduce static, a 2-inch color screen, automatic night vision, an on/off option for the video, a belt-clip for portability, and a 350-foot range. As of September 2010, this monitor was available for $180 through the Safety 1st website.
