Unjury is a brand name for protein products from ProSynthesis Laboratories, Inc. The company founder was a dietitian with a background in clinical nutrition for hospitals environments and research. The Unjury line includes powders that mix with a liquid to create a protein-based meal replacement plan. As of September 2010, the line offers flavor packets in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry sorbet, chicken soup and neutral. According to the Unjury website, packets come with whey protein isolate as the base and focus on essential amino acids in the formulas to provide a healthy meal.
Step 1
Blend a protein shake for breakfast. Select a flavor you enjoy and place one packet or scoop in the blender with 1/2 cup of crushed ice. Add fresh fruit to the mix. For example, add half a banana or cut up peaches. Mix in 8 oz. of skim or soy milk. Blend until smooth. Change out fruits and flavors to add variety to your diet.

Mix one packet or scoop of protein powder into your morning coffee as an alternative to a shake. The Unjury website recommends the chocolate or vanilla flavor in coffee heated to 130 degrees. Place the coffee in the microwave to make it hotter and then add the powder. Stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Prepare one shake drink of your favorite flavor with skim, soy or almond milk as a meal replacement at lunch. Mix the pack or scoop into 8 oz. of liquid.
Step 4
Use the chicken flavor formula for an afternoon snack. Place 8 oz. of water in a coffee cup. Heat the water to 130 degree in the microwave. Stir in the powder from one Unjury chicken soup package.
Step 5
Add one package of any flavor but chicken to a four serving pack of gelatin or pudding. Follow the directions on the package to prepare the desert. Once chilled, serve as a desert or snack treat.
Step 6
Combine the chicken soup pack into recipes that call from chicken broth. Heat the soup according to the directions on the package and add one pack for every 8 oz. of broth in the recipe.

- Read each package carefully for calorie information. Each flavor and serving container, such as individual packets or scoops, has a different calorie count. For example, one scoop of chocolate contains 100 calories. Factor in the calories of the liquid, such as soy milk, to get the total calorie count of the drink.
