Cucumber juice is one such example, providing key nutrients and other health benefits --- and it can even assist you in weight loss. Cucumber juice can improve the look and feel of your skin, because it is high in antioxidants and vitamin C. You can either drink cucumber juice or rub it directly on your skin for a cooling effect; doing both will yield the most benefits.

Juicing for Health suggests that you juice organic cucumbers that are dark green and firm to the touch. Juice one or more whole cucumbers and drink that on its own, or mix it with other fruits and vegetables.
