Everything you want at a family campground is available at Happy Hills Campground. It is located nearby in Nelsonville and offers RV travelers 45 acres of good times and many amenities. The campground has planned weekend activities that include paddle and row boats, fun boat rentals, a game room, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, a bathhouse, a laundromat, hiking trails and it is only 8 miles from the ATV trails. The park also has a fishing lake on the premises, and no license is required. The fun does not stop there as there is a playground for the kids, golf for mom and dad and bike trails for the whole family. Full hookups are available. and there is also a camp store on site.
Close to Popular Sites
Located in Hocking Hills is Top O' The Caves Resort. This 60-acre resort is Hocking Hills' largest and is close to the park's events and favorite sites. If you like activity, this park offers many things to do besides the beautiful park. There are full hookups and space for large RVs. There are two shower houses, a large swimming pool, mini golf, a playground, a game arcade and a gift shop. There is also a laundromat. Every site has a fire ring and a picnic table. There are wooded sites and some that are more open. Adjacent to the park is the Buckeye Trail, which takes hikers to several of the favorite sites in the park such as Ash Cave, Cedar Falls and Old Man's Cave.
