Breakfast

Dinner
Nutrisystem dinners vary from pasta and rice dishes to burritos, wraps, sandwiches and soups. Dinner options on the Favorites Menu include BBQ Sauce over Beef, Beans and Rice, Cheese Ravioli with Basil Tomato Sauce, Flame Broiled Beef Patty, Macaroni & Cheese, Oriental Steak with Green Peppers and Noodles, Thick Crust Pizza and Vegetarian Chili.
Special Diets
Nutrisystem offers four food plans: Basic, Silver, Diabetic and Vegetarian. The Silver plan is for people over age 65, while the Diabetic plan offers low-glycemic foods and the Vegetarian plan is meat-free. The systems are also customized for either men or women.
Grocery Add-Ons
The Nutrisystem website encourages you to supplement the program's meals with fresh foods from the grocery store. Vegetables, such as zucchini, watercress, radishes and hot peppers, can be eaten in unlimited quantities, and the Meal Planner included with the program recommends add-ons to each meal that include lean protein, low-fat dairy and fruits.
