Colorado Springs is filled with outdoor places to explore. After visiting Camping World for camping and RV supplies, think about staying to hike through Seven Falls area, just south of Pike's Peak. Another place to visit is a National Natural Landmark called Garden of the Gods. Overnight parking is available for RV campers and trailers at Camping World.
Location
Colorado Springs Camping World is centrally located in Colorado, off of Interstate 25 heading toward the city of Fountain. It is accessible from the Mesa Ridge Parkway. (see reference 1)
Hours
The shop is open year round from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturdays; they are closed on Sunday. All hours of operation are listed in Mountain Standard Time.
The store has seasonal hours, which change three times per year. Call prior to visiting to verify that they are open. From October 12 to March 13, they are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; they are closed on Sundays.
From March 14 through April 19, Camping World of Colorado Springs keeps the same hours as the previous season, but adds Sunday hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The busiest season is from April 20 to October 11. The store is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Services
Camping World in Colorado Springs sells RVs; view their inventory online. RV sales are separate from the shop and store.
The RV repair services offered by the shop include an RV spa, winterization, product installation, ordering of custom parts and roof repair.
The store offers camping merchandise such as large tents, camping furniture and accessories; and repair items for RVs. Clothing, first aid kits and winter gear are also offered for sale. The staff is knowledgeable about local camping and hiking areas.

Colorado Springs Camping World is close to Pike Peak, where visitors can enjoy hiking, photography and fishing. Every Saturday during the summer, guided hikes through the park are offered.
Royal Gorge Bridge and Park offers adventure seekers the adrenaline rush they crave with B.A.S.E. and bungee jumping. Hike along the highest suspension bridge in the U.S. for a magnificent view of the gorge. Just outside the park Class V rapids await experienced river rafters.
