The Slim in 6 program is a weight loss and body shaping program designed by Debbie Siebers. According to Beachbody, the workout will help to reshape your body in just six weeks through a combination of diet and exercise. The program includes three different workout videos that focus on increasing metabolism, burning calories and body shaping; diet and nutrition guides that teach you to make food choices conducive to weight loss and maintenance and motivational tools to help you stay on track with the program.

Jillian Michaels

Trainer Jillian Michaels has helped contestants lose weight on television's "The Biggest Loser," and now she's created a weight loss program that you can follow at home. Michaels' program combines learning to make appropriate food choices, a weekly fitness planner and the emotional support necessary for weight loss. According to Michaels, the plan helps you discover what your true body type is. It also teaches you the strategies you need to establish healthy habits that will lead to success. The program is also tailored to take your individual fitness level and goals into consideration so that it can be customized to suit your needs.

Body Gospel

This weight loss plan combines sound nutritional advice, workouts set to gospel music and Christian inspiration into a comprehensive weight loss program for Christians. According to the Body Gospel website, the gospel music keeps you motivated, and the workouts are designed and led by fitness expert Donna Joyner Richardson, who was recognized by the Oprah Winfrey Show as one of the top five video fitness instructors.
