More than 3,000 miles of pristine, coastal shoreline and abundant inland waters makes Northern Michigan an angler's paradise. The park is surrounded by the Huron National Forest with more than 450 campsites ranging from primitive to full-service facilities. Four camping cabins of varying size are also available on forested sites situated on the east and west banks of the river.
