Your weight is determined by many variables and can be changed using a number of approaches. There are many approaches that can be used to lose weight quickly: exercising, limiting your calorie intake and cleansing your gastrointestinal tract. For your safety consult with your physician before starting any weight-loss program.
Exercise
Aerobic exercises such as running, swimming, dancing and bicycling are the most effective exercises for losing weight. Aerobic exercises burn fat after 20 minutes of exercises only after burning recently ingested calories. If aerobic exercise is done in the morning before eating it will burn fat from the start of the workout. Wearing warm clothing during a workout will also cause you to sweat more, retain less liquid and lose more weight. This method should not be used for prolonged workouts because it could lead to dehydration.
Sodium Intake
Lowering the sodium content in your food and keeping it minimal should help you lower your body weight. Sodium is retained in the body with water and the more water in your body the heavier you are. Salt is an important part of your diet and should not be removed entirely but consumed in limited amounts.
System
The cleaning of your digestive tract can also help you lose weight. A systemic cleanse can be done using rectally administered laxatives, orally administered laxative or by performing an enema. Some medications are available over the counter but others require a physician's permission to use. It is not safe to use these medications for prolonged periods of time because it could lead to dehydration.
