Types
Typically, weight loss boot camps in Florida are divided into two types. The first type is a day camp, where you travel from your home to the camp location each day. These camps often function more like boot camp fitness classes than actual camps. The second type is an overnight camp or retreat, where you travel to a specific location for the camp's classes and stay overnight for a specified period of time.
