How to Remove Circles Under the Eyes

Eat foods rich in iron. When you lack iron, your skin can turn pale and the veins under your eyes become highlighted. The veins become very visible and dark circles begin to show up. Foods rich in iron include prunes, leafy vegetables, spinach and raisins among others. Eat at least one cup of these types of food every day.

Step 4

Apply a high quality product made to eliminate dark circles under the eyes. There are numerous new creams and serums available. These products also contain moisturizing and nourishing substances that can make your eyes appear youthful. Dark circle removal creams can be purchased at any drugstore. Talk to the pharmacist to have him recommend which product is best for your skin type.

A dermatologist can diagnose skin problems that may be causing the dark circles. She can then offer you the latest treatment options.
