Weight Watchers produces a wide variety of its own brand of food and drinks designed for people following their diet plan. Cookies and Cakes

Weight Watchers own brand of cookies and cakes will satisfy any sweet craving without breaking your diet. Weight Watchers cookies are perfect for snacking on and will only set you back 1 point. The varieties include peanut butter, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin flavors. If you fancy cake, try the chocolate, lemon or carrot crème cakes. These are only 1 point each and are individually wrapped, which makes them convenient for lunchboxes and snacks. Or, for a real treat, start your day with a 3-point Weight Watchers muffin -- choose from banana nut, blueberry or double chocolate.

Chocolate

Chocolate does not have to be banned just because you are on a diet. Whitman's produces chocolates on behalf of Weight Watchers, and at just 1 point per piece, you can still have your favorites without feeling guilty. Try the double chocolate mousse, pecan crowns, English toffee squares, mint patties, coconut, crispy butter cream caramel, peanut butter crunch, caramel medallions, almond nougat and the nougienuttychew. The peanut butter cups are 2 points per piece.

Ready Meals

Weight Watchers also produces portion-controlled ready-made meals. Choose from vegetable lasagna, meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, turkey meatballs with pasta and sauce, three-cheese macaroni, chicken cacciatore and many more. Have the meal alone or prepare fresh vegetables, salad or crusty bread to serve alongside it. You can buy these products from many grocery stores, including Hannaford, Stop & Shop and Giant.

Dairy Products

To make your daily point allowance go farther, choose Weight Watchers' own brand of cheese and yogurts. Weight Watchers produces sliced and shredded cheese, as well as string cheese, cheese spread and cheese wedges. The yogurt sizes includes quart size or single-serve cups. You can also buy multi-packs of single cups. Each cup, no matter the flavor, is 1 point.

Bread

Swap your usual bread for Weight Watchers' brand and save on points. Make sandwiches from the multi-grain or 100 percent whole wheat breads, and have two slices for just 1 point. For more of a treat, opt for English muffins or pita pockets at just 1 point each, or for 2 points choose a bagel. Weight Watchers also produces sliced rye bread and rye rolls, which are just 1 point each.
