Bellingham
Substance abuse detox clinics in Bellingham, Wash., are Bridges Treatment and Recovery, Westcoast Counseling and Treatment Center, Sea Mar, Advanced Choices, CCS Recovery Center, and the Lummi Care Program for adolescents and women. Substance abuse treatment, detoxification, buprenorphine services, methadone maintenance and methadone detoxification are services provided to clients both within Bellingham and the surrounding communities. Oak Harbor, La Conner and Mount Vernon are nearby communities that have substance abuse treatment facilities that provide outpatient services.
Olympia
Six clinics in Olympia, Wash., provide outpatient services for detox clients. Certain clinics, like the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle Division, are designated as treatment centers serving only buprenorphine and methadone clients.
Types of Treatment
Long- and short-term residential treatment, inpatient hospitalization and outpatient therapy serve substance abuse clients of many types. Treatment does not change based on fees for service or insurance availability.
