Herbal Treatment for Sperm Count

Many men have a low sperm count that can make it difficult to get their partners pregnant. There are numerous ways that this can happen, including diet, stress, hormones and even genetics. Luckily for these men, there are also various ways to combat low sperm count and try to correct this deficiency. You can visit your doctor for advice or medication, but because low sperm count can be a sensitive subject, many men prefer to first try herbal remedies.

Take ginseng, which is a very common male tonic that can increase testosterone levels and sperm count. It is also used to promote general health.

Step 2

Step 3

Use sarsaparilla, a male and female tonic. This herb is easily found outside the United States but is hard to find in many American grocery stores.
