Whole grain corn flour, modified corn starch, wheat flour, milled corn, cornstarch and whole grain oat flour constitute the bulk of the cereal. Considerations

Apple Jacks cereal does not contain animal products or byproducts and holds Kosher Parve certification, according to the Kellog's website. According to the Orthodox Union website, Kosher Parve certification means that the product is not considered a meat or dairy product and is not processed with or on the same equipment as meat or dairy items.
