Teddy Grahams are small, teddy bear-shaped snacks manufactured by the Nabisco corporation. These cute and kid-friendly Graham cracker snacks are touted as a healthy snack option and a replacement for junk foods. However, they do contain sugar as well as whole grain flour and added vitamins and should be used as an occasional snack, not a regular part of your child's diet.

Different packaging styles are available to promote various kid-friendly franchises including cartoons and dolls. Miniature “Snak-Saks” are available for inclusion in packed lunches or other single-serving applications.

All four Teddy Grahams flavors contain the same base ingredients. All flavors are made from unbleached enriched flour consisting of wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2) and folic acid. Teddy Grahams also contains Graham flour made from whole grain wheat flour. Each variety contains sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, salt, baking soda, soy lecithin, zinc oxide and reduced iron. All flavors of Teddy Grahams make use of oil -- listed as soybean oil and/or partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil. The honey flavor contains one additional ingredient, honey. The cinnamon flavor contains natural flavor and cinnamon. Both the chocolate chip and chocolate Teddy Grahams contain cocoa processed with alkali and natural and artificial flavors. The chocolate chip flavor contains soybean oil as an ingredient and cornstarch, dextrin, confectioner's glaze and carnuba wax. The chocolate flavor contains natural cocoa and chocolate.
