Named as one of the top fitness clubs of 2008 in Baltimore by "Baltimore Magazine," membership rates vary according to whether you will be using the gym in peak times or not. As of 2010, there is an initial fee of $199. Monthly costs vary from $49 to $84 per month depending on whether you want daytime access or full access to the gym.

For Women Only

Curves Fitness Club is a large fitness franchise with more than 30 locations in the Baltimore area. The club is for women only with the concept being to spend 30 minutes a day three times a week working out on hydraulic resistance machines in circuits. The club provides women members with fitness plans centered around its concepts.
