Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet is a low calorie eating plan that uses shakes and cookies as replacements for dieters' normal meals. The idea is that eating low calorie sweets will curb your hunger and help you drop the pounds. Dieters purchase the meal replacements through the Dr. Siegal website and consume them throughout the day. Since this diet contains about 1,000 calories per day, you should speak to your doctor before starting the eating plan.
Cookies
Dieters are instructed to eat six cookies over the course of the day. These cookies replace your normal meals and snacks. Each cookie is specially formulated with vitamins and minerals and contains 90 calories each. Flavors include oatmeal raisin, chocolate, blueberry, banana and coconut.

Flavors available include crème brulee, pina colada, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.
