How Can I Detox My Body to Lose Weight Fast?

Detoxifying the body while simultaneously increasing the degree of fat loss is easy to achieve. Although the actual process of removing toxins from bodily tissues has little bearing on body mass itself, the procedures that someone must go through in order to reach both goals are very similar. Unfortunately, such a plan is fairly obscure when compared to more accepted methods of losing extra pounds, such as general dieting, intense exercise and the use of pills to accelerate the metabolic rate. Understanding in full the close synchronization between detoxification and weight loss is not at all difficult to do, though.

Step 1

Purchase a large pack of aloe vera capsules. These are available in the herbal extract section of most health stores. Take them exactly as directed on the product labeling on a daily basis for several weeks continuously. According to an article published in the journal Phytomedicine in 2000, "Besides liver, other organs (lung, kidney and forestomach) were also influenced favorably by aloe vera in order to detoxify reactive metabolites, including chemical carcinogens and drugs."

Step 2

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do this as liberally as you comfortably can, replacing other drinks to the extent where water is your dominant beverage. In addition to enabling your body to expedite the toxin flushing process, extra water also helps your digestive system break down food more efficiently; this then improves the potential for fat loss. According to the website Women's Health, "Your body...does not need special cleansing efforts. What it does need is for you to get enough fluids and to eat a healthy, balanced diet."

Step 3

Eat three healthy meals a day. Occasional treats such as ice creams and chocolate are permissible, but try to stay away from unhealthy snack items overall. Incorporate raw fruit and vegetables into your diet, along with high-fiber brown bread and oat-based breakfast cereals. The process of cooking fruits and vegetables removes much of the nutrition present in the raw form. In comparison, keeping the meals you consume predominantly comprised of raw ingredients will increase your intake of vitamins and minerals significantly, which is equally important for both detoxification and weight loss.

Step 4

Go to the bathroom both morning and evening. A superior diet will initially result in a noticeably more abrasive passing of stools, as well asa somewhat stronger aroma. Do not be upset by this change, as it is a compulsory part of detoxifying with weight loss. As your body continues to process the increased potency of nutrition it is constantly being fed, it will need to remove the toxins and fat compounds from your internal systems that this diet works to rid you of.
