Soft Gels
Carlson Cod Liver Oil soft gels are packaged in bottles of 100 or 250 soft gels. Each soft gel contains 390 mg cod liver oil. One serving is three soft gels. One serving provides 9 calories, 1 g fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 3750 IU Vitamin A, 400 IU Vitamin D3 and 300 mg omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 fatty acids include 105 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 135 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These soft gels are smaller than the other soft gel products.
Low Vitamin A
Carlson Cod Liver Oil soft gels with low Vitamin A are packaged in bottles of 150 or 300 soft gels. One serving of this product may be one or five soft gels. A single soft gel serving provides 9 calories, 1 g fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 250 IU Vitamin A, 100 IU Vitamin D, 10 IU of Vitamin E and 270 mg omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 fatty acids include 110 mg EPA and 110 mg DHA.
Lightly Lemon
Carlson Cod Liver Oil Lightly Lemon soft gels are packaged in bottles of 150 or 300 gels. Each soft gel contains 1,000 mg cod liver oil, flavored with lemon. One serving of this product may be one or five soft gels. A single soft gel serving provides 9 calories, 1 g fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 150 IU of Vitamin A, 80 IU of Vitamin D, 2 IU Vitamin E and 230 mg omega-3 fatty acids. The omega 3 fatty acids include 85 mg EPA and 100 mg DHA.

Carlson Cod Liver Oil super 1000 mg soft gels are packaged in bottles of 100 or 250 soft gels. Each soft gel contains 100 mg cod liver oil. One serving is one soft gel. One serving provides 9 calories, 1 g fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 2,000 IU Vitamin A, 250 mg Vitamin D, 10 IU Vitamin E and 240 mg omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 fatty acids include 90 mg EPA, 120 mg DHA, 20 mg ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and 10 mg DPA (docosapentaenoic acid).

Carlson Cod Liver Oil liquid is packaged in 250 ml and 500 ml bottles. During packaging, the air inside the bottles is replaced with nitrogen to preserve oil freshness. One serving of this product is 1 tsp.or 5 ml and contains 4.6 g cod liver oil. One serving contains 45 calories, 5 g total fat, 1 g saturated fat, 20 g cholesterol, 850 IU Vitamin A, 400 IU Vitamin D and 10 IU Vitamin E (d-Alpha tocopheryl acetate, d-Alpha tocopherol and mixed tocopherols). One serving provides 1,100 mg omega-3 fatty acids, including 500 mg DHA, 400 mg EPA and 40 mg ALA.
Lemon-Flavored Liquid
Carlson Lemon-Flavored Cod Liver Oil is packaged in 250 ml and 500 ml bottles. With the exception of lemon flavoring, this product is identical in terms of packaging (nitrogen), serving size and nutritional content to the regular flavored liquid.
Liquid for Kids
Carlson for Kids Cod Liver Oil Liquid is packaged in a 250 ml. bottle. With the exception of serving size, which is 1/2 tsp. or 2.5 ml, this product is identical in terms of packaging (nitrogen), serving size and nutritional content to the regular flavored liquid.
