Many frozen meals are marketed for people who are trying to lose weight. They are convenient and portion controlled. Kashi makes meals that can be microwaved, making them good choices to take to work for a quick and healthy midday meal for someone who wants to lose weight. With so many options to choose from, weight loss can be successful without boredom.
