Weight Watchers has a variety of prepackaged foods you can purchase at the grocery store. Known as Weight Watchers Smart Ones, the entrees are portion- and calorie-controlled. They also fit within the Weight Watchers point system, according to the Weight Watchers Smart Ones website. The company makes frozen meals that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as desserts and snacks. There are international entrees, like enchiladas, fast food favorites, like cheeseburgers and pizza, and desserts like chocolate eclairs. All of the products have fewer than 400 calories, no trans fats and are low in saturated fats. Some of the items are high in sodium, so read labels carefully and consult your doctor if you are on a low-sodium diet.
