The Mayo Clinic says to be sure to apply sunscreen, but allow yourself a short period of sun exposure a few times a week to help naturally treat psoriasis.
Dietary Supplements and Nutrition
A number of vitamins and minerals in your diet can help boost immune function and help to treat psoriasis. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, as they are rich in healing antioxidants.
